Temp and possible full time construction help needed.

I own a very small construction business and could use an extra set of hands on a couple projects I have in October. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. I will be replacing a rear slider, fixing / replacing a section of flooring and building a 42' awning. This job starts immediately and is located in the Felida neighborhood of Vancouver, Wa. My other project is a re-roof on a single story 4/12 pitch roof. This job starts at the end of October and is located in east Portland. I will provide all safety equipment and tools needed. Your pay will be over the table. You will have worker's comp insurance. All business is done above board with all applicable licenses, permits, bonds, etc. so no need to worry about hiding in the bushes if an inspector shows up. Those with construction experience know what I'm talking about! There is no shortage of work out there so depending on how things work out, the position can become part or even full time. If you have experience and can run a small crew or are just looking for some part time manual labor, let's talk. I partner with a couple friends who also own construction companies and we share labor occasionally to help each other out when one of us gets a big project. This helps you by having a larger pool of jobs available if I'm out of town or don't have enough work for a full crew. Must have requirements, no exceptions: -Decent work ethic and safety conscious -Integrity -Reliable transportation -Ability to work in the US legally -Perfect English communication skills -Professional appearance and good personal hygiene -No convictions of a felony crime or a misdemeanor crime involving theft or violence Zero experience general labor will be $17 per hour. Depending on what skill-set and specialty tools you have I will pay up to $40 per hour. Bonuses available for beating deadlines, identifying cost-cutting procedures, etc. We work hard so if you can keep up, your pay goes up. Everything is negotiable.
