We are a mobile home park looking to hire a full time maintenance worker.
*Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): performing service calls in rental homes, remodeling of mobile homes, constructing porches, replacing doors and windows, skirting homes, water and septic line repairs, painting, drywall, carpet and vinyl installation, plumbing repairs, minor electrical work, etc.
*Must have a reliable truck for hauling building materials, loads to dump, etc.
*Must have own tools to complete any kind of construction.
*This is a Monday-Friday job 40 hours per week. I need someone who is self motivated and a hard worker, who is also good with people. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Please email your resume and include references.
