Hello my subjects. My name is flash. I have recently found photography and rather than just shoot random people I want stories. Thick juicy bleeding down your mothers’ fingertip stories. And no pressure. A little bit of my background I am from the east coast ‘southern’ and humans in groups bore me and individuals are endlessly fascinating, so I go to the edges to find stimuli. My experiment has taken me through a bit of solitary confinement, through endless food factories, skimming over the world of prostitution, been homeless, towering and humble and getting called back again and again since 2018 to board vessels and fish in The Bering Sea. 420 friendly. I photograph honesty. Which under my bias seems to remove a person from the public spectrum but fluidity is always preferred. I like to think I have an aversion away from anything producing an echo-chamber, so unless your are ENDLESSLY passionate about it politics is out..religion/spirituality I’m cool with.
