We are hiring drivers for our small-yet-very-established Cannabis Delivery Company. We have been in business since 2010 and as such are a very safe and trusted place to work. With less than 10 staff we offer an unparalleled environment of personal family style company structure. Job pays 25-35 per hour once tips and reimbursement are included. Base pay starts at 16hr. Avg Pay 30hr. Can vary between shifts and depending how busy a given shift might be. We have 2 SWING shifts available. We will very likely have a 2-3 more shifts in the coming weeks if you turn out to be a great fit for our team. Swing Shifts start in our super safe down-town Oakland office at 2pm and end in Oakland between 8 and 9 PM depending on how busy the end of the night might be as well as the location of your last delivery. This is extremely safe work. We have a dedicated dispatcher who oversees max 2 drivers at once so you are assisted and watched over for every delivery. We have a very dedicated and regular clientele and as we are not the discount brand we tend to attract higher paying customers (hence the great tips) This is your chance to work in the cannabis industry at a company of less than 10 people that is non-corporate, and owned by just one former-grower who is kind and compassionate. 2 of our 3 Management team are Women and we espouse a very family oriented atmosphere. You must have: ~Your own car with alarm. No older than 2011 model. ~A clean driving record ~A calm, chill, friendly demeanor ~Great driving skills ~Familiarity with the City of SF ~A smartphone in perfect working order You must be: ~Non cigarette smoker ~Non heavy drinker ~Punctual and Polite ~Organized and able to multi-task ~Generally an upbeat, optimistic person There is a $250 training completion bonus after you stay with us 1 month.
