I'm a Director based in LA and I'm in the process of assembling a short film that will be shooting at a private location in the San Fernando Valley on October 27, 2021. I'm a USC alumni and am familiar with the San Gabriel area - Our team is in need of casting a senior citizen to have one speaking line in this film and play the role of a Grandmother. No experience necessary. Mandarin language a plus. Character description below: Late 50s to 70 years old, East Asian, Filipino, Pacific Islander, South Asian, Southeast Asian female. MI, the loving grandma who is protective over her daughter as she experiences recurring trauma. This role includes one speaking line but is an emotional scene with a key actor.
