Construction Laborer for Homebuilder

We are a small homebuilding company looking for a laborer to perform job-site clean up and assist with a variety of labor tasks around our various job-sites. This position will spend its time at our projects in Ione (Amador County), Galt, and some time at our project in Yuba City. Due to the varied job locations, a vehicle and valid drivers license is a must. We are looking for someone willing to do hard work and help keep our job-sites clean and safe. We are looking for a good long term fit for our team. Duties include: - Trash and jobs-site cleanup daily - House sweeps and clean up while under construction - General Labor as needed - Assist with maintenance of job-site erosion control (waddles, plastic, etc.) - Other duties as needed to assist site superintendent Position Requirements: - Speak English - Detail Oriented - Own your vehicle - Valid CA Driver License and Auto Insurance Skills that would be a plus: - Speak Spanish - Any other trade skills - Prior Experience on a construction site
