We are looking for a motivated individual to add to our maintenance department. Must have basic knowledge of not only diagnosing repair but also know how to fix issue. Minimum of 2+ years handyman/maintenance experience. Must be able to work independently or in a team setting. Reports and updates office management on daily assignments and results. Position includes but is not limited to: plumbing, light electrical, turn overs (rentals and properties on market), painting, etc. Candidate must have reliable transportation (preferably truck but not required) and own basic construction tools (hammer, screw drivers, drills, etc.).
