Express Asset Management INC is a family owned and operated property management company with over 30 years of experience maintaining and preserving our clients assets. We are currently looking to add sub-contractors to our team who are well versed in all stages of property management. Our day to day work orders include grass cuts, trimming, lock changes, trash outs, board ups, REO services, tenant occupied maintenance, rehabs and more. Contractors should have an established company with all necessary insurance, truck, tools etc. Contractors should also be able to take clear, well lit photos with their phone and complete work orders by the given due date. Our office staff is always available to take your call and answer any questions you have while on a job. Contractors will be required to submit before, during and after photos of all work completed using one of our apps. All of our clients require clear before, during and after photos, as well as a list of other specific photos that we will provide for you. Submit these photos with your invoice upon job completion and we will review and get it paid usually within 7 days. All jobs will have an allowable attached. If you cannot complete for the allowable or there are any other discrepancies, please contact our office before starting any work so we can contact our client. While contractors are required to obtain their own materials, supplies etc… our office may help cover the cost of materials on larger jobs to get them started without issue.
