Job description Since 1993 Ragle Incorporated has completed numerous construction projects in the States of Indiana, Kentucky, Texas and Illinois. Ragle, Inc. concentrates primarily on highway and bridge construction but also performs work in deep excavation, demolition, commercial buildings, grading and pipe work. We are very pleased to announce that Ragle Inc. is now looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Dirt Foreman who is interested in working for a young company with great advancement opportunities. Our Texas Heavy Highway Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success Primary Responsibilities: • Lays out floor-plan/worksite as needed • Assigns workers to such tasks as cutting material to size, building concrete forms, erecting wooden framework, and laying flooring • Supervises and monitors progress and quality of work • Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules • Inspects work performed by subordinates to ensure quality Qualifications • At least five years of experience as a heavy highway dirt foreman • Must have valid license and legal US resident paperwork • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen The Statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and levels of work performed by employees, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
