LOOKING for a HIGHLY RELIABLE & HONEST contractor assistant (1099) to work part time under our maintenance and rehab manager. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of real estate repairs. Skills: Dependable, good communication, ability to complete tasks and follow directions, basic maintenance skills required. Need the ability to change locksets, board up houses, and lift heavy furniture. Reliable transportation and a smartphone are a must. For this position, you must: Have reliable access to a car Have reliable access to a smartphone Have basic maintenance skills Part time: 15-20 hours per week. Work hours 1:00 - 5:30. Pay is $13/hr.
