We provide top quality lawn care throughout the Cincinnati area to both residential and commercial customers. We are currently seeking Land Scaping Crew who has the desire to become a Landscape Foreman- who can effectively ensure your team delivers a Customer Experience that exceeds the customers' expectations Qualified candidates can expect the following • Weekly Pay • Full time steady work schedule • Year round work- No winter layoffs • Health/Vision/Dental/Retirement • Profit Sharing Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Speak with new customers and walk the site if they would prefer • Lend a hand in whatever way needed to insure customers are satisfied work is complete • Planning to ensure the crew stays working at top efficiency • Accurately recording work in LMN tracking system • Sharing the workload as it makes sense • Jobs are delivered at or under the estimated man hours • Sharing knowledge and teaching crew members the best ways to do things • Ensuring team delivers a customer experience that exceeds the customers’ expectations • Managing the jobs to ensure quality, efficient work and professionalism • Showing ownership in each job • Maintain the truck, tools, and equipment • Completing daily paperwork requirements Requirements • Must have valid driver’s license • Physical ability to work outdoors in various climate elements • Excellent interpersonal skills and organization • Able to drive and maneuver a truck and trailer
