A busy year-round position is hands-on and includes managing a small staff in a friendly environment. A person is responsible for daily maintenance around the outside of 18 residential buildings/127 units. clubhouse, parking lots, a pond, pool. racquet courts. Daily work includes ongoing landscaping, bidding out and supervising building maintenance, maintenance of landscape equipment. Experienced (10 years) in landscaping and knowledge of plants; minor building repairs; ability supervise a small staff and can work without supervision; attention to detail and management skills and be able to report monthly to a Board of Trustees. Excellent Salay, including a signing bonus after 1 month.
