We currently have 9 properties total with 850+ apartments. The building's locations range from downtown Madison, near West side and Fitchburg. We are looking for janitorial workers to add to our growing company. This position will be working with our janitorial staff on weekdays for general building cleaning and turnover apartment cleaning. We provide transportation between our apartment buildings. Cleaning experience preferred, but not required. An ideal candidate will have good time management, attention for detail and is a team player. Requirements: Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the US
