Property Management Company now hiring building maintenance & preservation technicians. This is an hourly position that will be paid weekly. You must be 18 years old, have a smart phone and own tools. To be considered for the job you should have experience in 4-6 areas listed below but willing to train the right person if they are able to show up on time and follow directions. Cabinet Installers Carpenters (framing & trim/finishing) Countertops Decks Demo/Clean Up Drywall Electrical (light) Exterior (soffit, facia, siding, doors & windows) Flooring (hardwood, laminate, carpeting) Glazing (shower enclosures, glass replacement, storefront glass/metal) HVAC Insulation Painting Plumbing (light) Tile Setters
