IES Residential is seeking Residential electricians. Helpers, Apprentice, Wireman, and Journeyman are welcome to apply. We will be attending the Edinburg Job Fair on Oct 8, 2021 from 10 AM - 2 PM. BERT OGDEN ARENA | 4900 S I-69C, EDINBURG TX. Send your resume and let us know if you will be able to attend. Duties & Responsibilities may include • Complete house rough in to include measuring, cutting, and pulling wire • Install lights, plugs, switches and fixtures • Reports progress and problems to management regularly and provides creative solutions • Maintains knowledge of and practices safety rules and procedures • Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person • Communicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understood Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Knowledge of the current National Electric Code • Ability to read and understand blueprints • Team Player • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong Work Ethic • Eager to Learn • Bi-lingual a plus Qualifications • A valid driver’s license • Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements • High school diploma or GED • Have or willing to obtain necessary tools
