Need MD Home improvement licensed contactor

I'm looking for a MD Home Improvement licensed contactor who can assist me in fully replacing the bathroom, kitchen, flooring and painting a studio apartment. The apartment is vacant, so no homeowner to work around. I would do the job myself but the building HOA, insist on having licensed people for the job. You must be current with licensed and insured. I'm looking for someone to split the work with me. I have all the paper work for the renovations submitted, just need a "contractor". If you are interested, please contact me. Thank you.
