Hi, our company owns and acquires single family and multifamily housing in all over CO. Ideally, your crew can handle general carpentry, able to refinish hardwood flooring, install vinyl plank flooring, handyman remodel work, roofing, plumbing and light electrical. Our typical Trinidad remodel consists of trash outs, new paint, light electrical, fixtures, some roofs, new bathrooms and laundry, sometimes kitchens, appliance installations and everything needed per project to get a property from worn and tired to rental grade ready. To be considered, you must reply with years of experience in each trade, references, and pictures of past projects. You must have all your own tools, reliable transportation and have a smartphone able to send clear pictures and videos. Reply with anything you are unable to complete such as carpet, electrical, etc. We will purchase all materials but you will be responsible for picking them up (including a couple trips to home depot in Pueblo) and bringing them to the site. We do not pay large sum upfront and will provide progress payments on verified work completed. If you are an up and coming contractor but need a specialist to oversee you we have a local GC that is very talented who can assist on the specialty work like structural and electrical on our projects.
