Have a quick punch list to take care of in a loft remodel in Deep Ellum. Hot Water Tank: Check hot water setting, possibly replace the electric element. Bathroom: tighten sink drain Check plug/breaker on dryer, turn on water to washer hot/cold spigots. Other bathroom: Install two mirrors, curtain rod Replace toilet paper holder.
