. Join our team and become a Holiday Light Display Team Lead with Mile High Lights! Mile High Lights is a local, family owned business that provides a unique Christmas light experience to individual homes and commercial properties. We are looking for a quality individual with the willingness to serve others by leading a crew to hang excellent Christmas light displays. Our customers have the best displays in the Denver Metro area, and we would love to have you be a part of our team! As a Holiday Light Display Team Lead with Mile High Lights, you will be part of a company that cares about YOU and THE WORK YOU DO. This is a full time seasonal position. Work is generally Monday - Thursday with Friday, Saturday, & Sunday OFF! Work will begin Monday, September 20 and run approximately through the second week of December. Work then resumes January 4 and runs through approximately January 31. Qualities of applicant: -YOU care and strive for excellence in tasks and interactions -YOU are able to lead and motivate a team of 3-5 individuals -YOU maintain a positive disposition and professional attitude -YOU lead by example by showing up on time, being ready for the day & demonstrating a good work ethic -YOU are responsible for safety of self and others at the job site -YOU are willing to work in all weather conditions -YOU are unafraid of heights! Approximately 50-75% of your day is spent on a ladder or rooftop -YOU are physically fit -YOU are physically capable of climbing, using ladders, harnesses & possibly a boom lift -YOU have excellent balance and coordination -YOU use sound judgement and critical thinking skills in a timely manner -YOU are able to pass drug screening If you meet the above qualifications then email me today with THREE things: 1.
