Experienced maintenance/construction worker with reliable transportation (must be used during shift) and their own tools.
Work will include remodels/upgrades and property maintenance. Jobs may vary daily depending on company needs.
Precision, accuracy, and speed is very important to us. We need someone who works fast, and job is done right the first time. Owner is tired of costly mistakes.
Minimal paperwork involved - you must be able to handle some recording keeping (materials, inventory, supplies, etc.).
FT/hourly/paid weekly! Pay ranges based on experience. Minimum starting rate is $14.00.
