Loving special needs dog needs home

He is a 8 year old lab, he was born blind so he adapts to surroundings quickly. Has been around other dogs and cats. I dont believe he has a lot of time left. But I want to make sure he is loved. He sleeps a lot. His favorite time of the day is between 7-8 pm when he gets fed. He is so happy. He does like a couple of treats for breakfast. He is currently on Iams but will eat anything. We are moving to San Antonio and just can’t take him. We love him and want him to be loved. He is house broken. Gets nervous in cars because he is blind but loves walks. He is free to a loving home. We really don’t want to take him to a shelter because he is blind he is calm around people and human voices.
