Job Summary Stocking Groceries Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Rotating stock and looking/pulling expired items. 2. Be On-Call to cover staff out, including janitorial staff 3. Working Day Shift as needed on weekends or as needed 5. Pull Pallets to aisles for staff to ensue productivity rates remain high 6. Stock, rotate stock and clean shelves and labels. 7. Ensure the Freeze and Chill are stocked nightly. 8. Stock water should be completely full 100% nightly. 9. Stock nightly, club products, end caps and displays. Within Clean Source Solutions, you will report directly to the project manager, Supervisor and/or administrator. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in workplace safety measures Ability to organize materials, manage time, and prioritize tasks in order to complete projects on or before specified deadlines. Effective organization skills with attention to detail. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists. Solid decision-making skills. Ability to perform with little or no supervision in a timely manner and with acceptable quality. Evening shift with the ability to work flexible hours if needed, including evenings and weekends Requirements: Applicants will be subject to background check and drug screen Frequent walking and standing. Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling to run check out station, stock merchandise and unload trucks. Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment such as hand-held scanners pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers and carts, two-wheel dollies, jack, and U-boats (carts). Frequent and proper lifting of up to 50 pounds; occasional lifting of above 50 pounds. Occasional climbing (using ladder). Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Language: English (Required) Beginning hourly rate is $12.67 plus a Health and Welfare paid directly to employee of $4.22 an hour totaling an hourly rate of $16.89 an hour.
