Description

We are currently seeking a Part-Full time employee to run the overall maintenance of our Mobile Home Communities. This maintenance technician position is responsible for: Small handy man jobs (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting and interior and exterior upkeep) Maintaining cleanliness of properties by doing custodial work. Supervise maintenance work done on community by outside contractors brought in as deemed necessary by park managers Participate in work orders provided by management Perform watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing of common areas as well as individual lots Shovel snow and drive snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable) Other duties as assigned by management ​Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented
