I am looking for a black, zip up faux - leather portfolio that I may have misplaced in SE Portland - between Mt Tabor and Kenilworth Park neighborhoods - some time around Sept 23 - 25th. The folder / portfolio contains important information about my brother's recent death, as well as personal business info. It may have been taken from my vehicle, but nothing else is missing, so I am hoping it has been misplaced I only have $50.00 - but will offer it as a reward for the portfolio being returned to me, in tact, no questions asked. There is very specific info in the folder that I will need to hear a description of in order to believe its been found. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
