Why doesn't Tree Fort host local musicians?

It irks me that Tree Fort only features musicians from out of town. That has to cost somebody some $$$. Doesn't make sense to me. We have lots of talent in the Boise area. Is a Battle of the Bands featuring local talent in Boise's future?
