Must be able to perform light maintenance and repairs, supervise contractors for major repairs, show and lease apartments, and keep an eye on the premises. Must be willing to live on-site in one of our beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom apartments which is loaded with amenities. This is a beautiful apartment complex located in a very desirable neighborhood.
