Full time Collections agent needed at local dealership We are seeking a local Collections agent to work full time. We are a small locally owned business that addresses the automotive needs of our local community. We are a close team and work closely together; so a team mentality is a key component. Qualifications: -Basic computer skills required -Experience with Excel -Must be available Mon through Fri 9 to 6 -Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written -Dependable transportation -Must give attention to detail. -Must have a clean driving and criminal background record -Excellent customer service skills - Must have a willingness to learn and develop - Must be a team player with a positive attitude. - Must be honest and trustworthy -Ability to multi-task while remaining accurate -Must be able to work independently Responsibilities: - Calling on delinquent accounts and logging the notes accordingly - Data entry - Answering the phones - Maintaining a change drawer - Collecting payments from customers - Recording payments in the software system - Filing papers - Processing credit card payments Please send your resume and we will contact you ASAP!
