Description

Lead Maintenance person needed for a small senior apartment community in central Plano. The full-time position offers competitive pay, health insurance, life insurance and accrued vacation / sick time. A FREE employee apartment is available for this position. The property has an experienced full-time Porter to assist the Lead Maintenace with various tasks. Also, the property has all vacant apartments painted by a paint contractor so no painting is required. Additional consideration for HVAC, electrical and pool certified applicants. Emergency after-hours on-call schedule is every three (3) weeks in rotation with two other sister properties (i.e. - two full weeks of no after-hours or weekend emergency maintenance calls).
