Manufacturing Company Looking for Machine Operator (SWING SHIFT 3:00pm – 1:00am) We are a new manufacturing company in North Fort Worth. We are adding new production equipment and looking for new operators to add to our great group of employees. Main job tasks :  Operate production equipment  Monitor flow of product. Start/stop equipment and watch for jams or bad product.  Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to equipment  Assist with packing/stacking if needed (teamwork)  Keep work area clean  Operate forklifts as needed  Assist maintenance technicians with repairs when necessary (mechanical aptitude a PLUS !)  Leadership skills are a PLUS. We promote from within for supervisor positions. Compensation & Benefits  Full time position at $15/hour  Employer covers 80% of health insurance (inc. dental & vision)  Lots of overtime available  Relaxed, positive, low-drama work environment  All major holidays are paid Must be able to work at a FAST PACE in a Texas manufacturing environment. Work schedule is from 3:00PM to 1:00am, Monday to Friday with overtime available on weekends. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
