Can anyone take in a stray cat?

I have recently taken in a stray kitty that I have been feeding for 4 weeks and I am looking for someone to take it home for free. I have two cats of my own already and do not have the space to take in a third. It looks to be less than 1 year, and similar to a Siamese mix. It does have fleas from living out in the streets, but I am currently taking care of that since I do not want to infest my own cats.
