Paranoia is a term used by the medical community its to describe a person who has unfounded to un realistic fears. Paranoia is a type of delusion. Anti vaxers have no facts or evidence to prove that the vaccine is dangerous or harmful. Anti vaxers are paranoid/delusional. They are fabricating their own reality based on unfounded and unrealistic fears. These are the type of people who believe that the earth is flat. These are the type of people who believe that the moon landing was a hoax. These are delusional folks who believe that 'deep state' is actually real. People who have trouble separating fantasy from reality.
