Description
The lady that has the pure bred pet rats for sale is crazy. You have to fill out an adoption application and be approved before she will sell them to you. I think she also had dwarf hamsters as well and the same applies to them. You would be better off going to a pet store or finding someone else that might post some on Craig’s List.
