Part time Maintenance/ custodial position available for premier condos on the north shore. The position is 3 days a week. 15-20 hours. average is $20-25 per hour. Light cleaning and maintenance ie, clean pool, blow leaves from tennis court, touch up painting. Basic routine stuff involving building maintenance. possibility for full time if interested.
