Join us for a one hour sound bath and reiki event that will honor & celebrate those who have come before us All Hallows Eve is upon us and what better way to celebrate our ancestors than with an immersive sound and healing experience? We will use sound, reiki and meditation to dive deep, harnessing the energy of Samhain to bring harmony and healing to ourselves and those who came before us. Guests will be invited to draw a Tarot or Oracle card to use as a focus during their meditation. What to expect: Using the power of sound, Laurel Ziemienski will bathe you in healing vibrations of multiple sacred instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, a 38" Aquarius gong, a Shamanic thunder drum, rain stick and more to help silence the mind, ease the body, and melt away the boundaries of asleep and awake. The rhythmic vibrations coast through the body, affecting every cell and rebooting the nervous system. Reiki Master Tammi Kapitanski will use the healing power of reiki to move stuck energy, help open your mind up to new perspectives, and create a healthy flow of energy throughout the entire body. This amplified experience will help you to activate the body's natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned. What to know: Feel free to arrive a few minutes early if you would like a mini reading from Tammi about your Tarot/Oracle card. Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. We invite you to bring pictures or memorabilia of loved ones who have passed on to honor their spirit and remember their legacy they have left for us to cary on.
