Created by five friends, with a combined 100 years of beverage industry experience, they set out to make a high-quality, ready-to-drink cocktail. Their idea is simple. Each F!VE DRINKS cocktail is made with five high-end ingredients. The packing is transparent: recyclable aluminum designed for zero waste. The message is unambiguous: LESS ISN’T MORE, IT’S RIGHT. The recipes are true-to-style, created by Miami’s top mixologists. Here, the proportion of American oak ex-Sherry casks is higher than in the 12 year old sherry oak, The Macallan Rare Cask The Macallan Rare Cask single malt Scotch whisky was introduced to the UK in mid 2015, after being launched in the US in late 2014. It's comprised of whiskies drawn from 16 different Sherry cask styles, chosen by Macallan's Master Whisky Maker Bob Dalgarno. A high proportion of these casks are first fill, and has resulted in a rich, spicy Speyside single malt, bursting with honey'd raisin, root ginger and decadent chocolate notes. 5pm - 8pm Onda sparkling Tequila Light and refreshing with just a hint of tequila. Each 12 oz can is 5% ABV, 100 calories, zero sugar, zero carbs and naturally gluten free. Sadly, Dave passed away in late 2018, shortly after the launch of BLACKENED. In 2019, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team as Master Distiller & Blender, and guardian of Dave’s legacy blend. As unapologetic masters of craft in their respective fields, they’ve built world-renowned legacies by carving out new spaces and bringing their singular, incendiary perspectives to everything they touch. Unlikely collaborators on the surface, their shared creative fire and dedication to craft make them anything but. Together, they’ve created BLACKENED – an unconventional whiskey of uncompromising quality. 5pm - 8pm -Taylor, Croft Taylor’s Vintage Port is one of the world’s great iconic wines. Made only in the very finest years – known as ‘declared’ vintages – Vintage Ports are blended from the best produce of the firm’s own estates. 5pm - 7pm -Casamigos Casamigos, a small batch, ultra-premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico for a minimum of seven years. After harvest, the agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, before undergoing an extra-slow fermentation process over an additional eighty hours, nearly double the industry standard. 5pm - 8pm -Sipsmith It all began in 2009, in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith, London. From the inaugural vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in 1978 to its addition of Sauvignon Blanc in 1982, Duckhorn Vineyards has crafted a tradition of quality and excellence that continues today. 11am -Boodles Gin Every batch of Boodles Gin is made with labour and patience. It begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat. It was founded by 5 friends with a mutual love of Irish whiskey and steeped in the lore and legend of Ireland. The distillery is located in a narrow glacial valley in the Wicklow mountains, about an hour or so south of Dublin. Glendalough, pronounced glen-de-lock, is Gaelic for the glen of two lakes. County Wicklow, in which the valley is situated, is known as the “Garden of Ireland” and is among the most visited scenic attractions in the country. The distillery produces a range of spirits including a series of seasonal gins that reflect the unique mix of botanicals that are foraged during each of the four seasons. These are bottled as Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter gins. They also make Poitín, a traditional Irish moonshine that is considered the first distillate produced in Ireland and the father of Irish whiskey. After five years, the rums journey across the Atlantic Ocean to Jerez, where they are blended together. The combination of the light bouquet and sweetness of the Barbadian rum combined with the robust body of the Guyanese rum creates the perfect base for all Dos Maderas rums.
