Allergic to cat/needing new home

Was re-homing a cat and need to find a new home for Oliver who is about 6 years old, found out I`m allergic, He is Russian blue with big golden eyes, he is a bit shy and will hide, he doesn`t scratch or hiss, he eats dry food and is neutered, loves to be petted but will meow at you at times and will purr, good around kids but not dogs
