In this class, we teach the art of self-defense known as Krav Maga – which is a military self-defense and fighting system In this class, we teach the art of self-defense known as Krav Maga – which is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israeli Defense Forces. This is the same system taught to every Denver Police officer while in the police academy. We are not doing anything ‘ninja-like’; you will learn techniques you can do at home. The age limit is 12 years-of-age (NO EXCEPTIONS); a waiver must be signed by their parent or legal guardian. Women as old as 85 have participated in previous classes with no issues. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to park, complete a waiver, and get settled-in. We will provide water and snacks since we DO NOT break for lunch. Please come in work-out attire and shoes. YOU MUST BE A DENVER RESIDENT TO ATTEND. THIS CLASS IS FOR WOMEN/GIRLS ONLY!
