Hello, and thank you for reading we are trying to get a few more good guys. I own a small construction company that mainly works in DC. We have an issue, which is not a bad one. We have taken on too many projects and have an abundance of work but not enough staff. We are posting this ad in hopes of finding qualified individuals to join our team. Unfortunately, this is Craigslist so we are not optimistic. Please read the entire posting before deciding to replay. We can understand there are many people still out of work but this type of job is very physically demanding and it’s not for everyone. We do EVERYTHING associated with General Construction. Some of the more common services we offer: Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Roofing Underpinning Additions and the list goes on. We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude that can work with others and follow simple instruction. Again, I want to reiterate this job is extremely physically demanding. 65% of your task consists of physical labor; digging, moving material, mixing concrete, Demo etc. Basic requirements: Working phone Reliable transportation (Our job sites are in different locations you must be able to get to the different sites as needed.) Email address Basic math skills Able to lift 80pds repeatedly Ability to stand/work for extended periods Ability to follow simple instructions.
