Hello, we are requesting beds to refinish 300-500 sqft of hardwood floor. You must have experience with this. We prefer a company who specializes in this. The areas will be clear and ready for sanding. No stairs. It's the main floor of a row home. The job will be ready on the 11th. We will provide stain and Polly. Again this is not for amateurs. Please leave me a ballpark price per sqft. We will schedule 3 subs to view and give final bids. please if your company is unable to start the 11th and finish the week do not respond. This job must be completed that week.
