Enjoy an afternoon of cool & smooth sounds of Kirk Bailey and the Next Level Band as we introduce Whispering Spirit Cultural Tours to LI. Whispering Spirit Cultural Tours provides historic and cultural tours throughout Long Island to uncover the histories of people of color that have remained dormant for generations. The mission of Whispering Spirit Cultural Tours is to explore these communities and areas that no longer represent the people that helped sustain them. The annual membership is inclusive of 4 guided tours to be booked within a year of the membership date for $125.00.
