Commissioner Koch was sworn into his first term to represent the residents of District 2 on January 9th, 2019. Commissioner Koch has been appointed to serve on the Behavioral Health Leadership Team for Dallas County, to serve as Vice-Chair for the IT Executive Governance Committee, is a member of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board, and chairs the Continuous Improvement Steering Committee. He is an attorney, husband, and father of two.
