Built in 1931, the Dallas Power & Light Lofts was showcase of Art Deco design which was designated as a Dallas Landmark in 2003. The former office building was expertly rehabilitated into apartments by Hamilton Properties. You won’t want to miss learning about this unique skyscraper and meeting up with other young professionals interested in historic preservation. End the evening with a Happy Hour at Pegasus City Brewery after the tour, which just happens to be located in the former retail and customer service area of the Dallas Power & Light Building. Meet in the Lobby of the Dallas Power & Lights Lofts at 5:30 to start the tour. Use the Browder Street entrance to access the lobby.
