Hi, I am looking for space to rent for an art studio. I need a space to create my artwork. Preferable, concrete or a basement with well lighting. Need to be able to produce my artwork with no problem. Meaning, there most likely will be small paint splatters. Therefore a large shed with heating and cooling, a basement, a loft, or attic. This strictly would be a space where I create my artwork, not show clients. Looking to pay up to $100 monthly or less. MUST BE IN WASHINGTON,MO Thank you!
