Radiant Window Cleaning, Inc., is a highly respected company in the Twin Ports and surrounding areas, and has become the go-to option for window cleaning and other exterior maintenance services in the Northland. We are looking for reliable, hard-working, and self-managed individuals to perform window cleaning duties and other assigned tasks throughout the Twin Ports and surrounding areas. This is a highly gratifying job with plenty of opportunity for growth. Assigned tasks include, but are not limited to commercial and residential window cleaning, pressure washing of a variety of surfaces, gutter and roof cleaning. If hired, individuals who stay on into the winter may also be required to perform roof snow and ice dam removal. No previous experience is necessary as qualified candidates will be trained in the "Radiant Way," and all necessary equipment and resources to perform duties will be provided. Qualified candidates will meet the following general requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age, • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, • Possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, • Have access to a reliable mode of transportation in order to get to and from work, • Be eligible to work in the United States and possess necessary documentation for proof. Qualified candidates will also meet the following specific job requirements, possessing the ability to: • stand, kneel, walk, and climb repeatedly and for long periods of time, • work overhead for long periods of time, • climb and work on ladders at various heights, up to 40 feet, • lift and carry up to 90 lbs, • maintain physical balance over various terrain and at various heights, • work with hands to hold and utilize trade tools such as squeegees, sponges, towels, reach poles, wands, etc., • work in all sorts of weather to the extent that safety is not compromised, including heat/sun, humidity, wind, rain, and cold/snow, • be available to report for work on time, every day as assigned, typically M-F, between the hours of 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. (Actual schedule may vary within these parameters depending on the scope of work, and may require time outside of these parameters due to travel, etc.) Anyone offered a position of employment will be required to sign a non-compete agreement with the company, and will be expected to adhere to all Radiant Window Cleaning policies regarding work attendance, dress code, conduct, and safety. Radiant Window Cleaning, Inc. offers a very competitive hiring package including a starting wage of $15/hour and worker’s compensation, plus health, dental, vision, short/long term disability, and life insurance benefits for permanent, full-time employees. We also offer a $200 retention bonus after 6 months of successful and consistent employment, referral incentive bonuses, and seasonal production bonuses based on revenue and employee contribution.
