Immediate need for a maintenance man. Most have your own tools and traveling truck. We are a full service real estate company specializing in property management for single family houses and small apartment complexes. This maintenance man will be working with the maintenance department and they will be dispatching maintenance and repair jobs needed to be done all over the greater Houston metro area. This maintenance man most have their own tools and traveling truck. Will pay by the hour and 45 cents per mile. Areas of experience and knowledge: Painting Carpentry Plumbing Electrical HVAC Drywall Tape and floating Laminate flooring Ceramic tile flooring Home repairs Rehabs and remodeling Setting doors and frames Installing door hardware Trim work Resurfacing bathtubs and countertops Etc. This is a Full time job Monday through Friday.
