SC JAZZ PLAYS THE BEATLES. The Beatles are commonly regarded as the foremost and most influential band in popular music history. The Beatles have six Diamond albums, as well as 20 Multi-Platinum albums, 16 Platinum albums and six Gold albums in the US. Jazz and popular music have always been in a relationship and the blending of genres is a way of life for most musicians. “SC Jazz Plays the Beatles” feels like a great idea. The SC Jazz Masterworks Ensemble will play a concert of some of the Beatles' greatest hits. *masks are required at the venue and social distancing will be in place.
