A COMMUNITY HEALTH & WELLNESS DAY Sunday ~ October 24, 2021 from Noon-3pm Location: KIPP: Endeavor Academy 2700 E. 18th Street KCMO Will include: *Covid-19 Vaccinations for persons ages 12 & up. Children ages 12-17 will need parental consent. IF you arrive between noon-1pm, you can receive a $ 50 Incentive for the first 30 people to get vaccinated. *A1C/Glucose Screenings for Diabetes *Blood Pressure Checks *Dental Resources *FREE Haircuts *Mental Health Screenings *Face Masks / Hand Sanitizer / Diapers / Socks...while supplies last!
