Shrimp, white fish, and mussels, leeks onions, tomato, celery and potatoes in a rich seafood stock topped with Sauce Rouille

Duck Confit salad
Shredded house cured leg of duck
Poached apples, pecans, fresh greens and a zesty red raspberry vinaigrette
3rd
Beef Bourguignon
Beef shoulder, braised in a rich beef and red wine stock, with carrots, onion and mushrooms
Served with potatoes gratin

Brioche bread pudding
With crème anglaise and raspberry sauce
