Yoga LAB + FUNdamentals with Luisella Rossi at Pineapple Yoga + Cycling Studio Yoga LAB + FUNdamentals with Luisella Rossi 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm Location: Indoor Studio Yoga LAB + FUNdamentals with Luisella Rossi Build your practice from the ground up using the principles of alignment to express the pose (Asana) with strength, safety and stability. Luisella will teach you the fundamentals of a safe practice to “Set the foundation and open to grace,” each each pose you express with your body. In each module you will learn: • the technique of the pose • basic modifications and adaptations using props • application of these principles in a sequence focused on the poses taught in each module Classes are held on Sundays (unless stated on schedule), from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm with a half an hour break. Each of the workshops/courses may be taken to deepen your knowledge and love of yoga, as a yoga instructor for Yoga Alliance CEU credits OR in partial satisfaction of the RYT200 requirements for certification at Pineapple Yoga Studio.
