Rehoming Blue/Yellow Parakeet

I need to rehome my parakeet as I am not able to give him the attention he needs and I feel like he is bored. He is less than a year old. He will come with his cage, toys, leftover food (about half bag of seeds and half bag of pellets) and extra treats. Rehoming fee with price I paid for bird, cage and toys in mind will be no more than 150 and no less than 100. Whichever you choose. I do not have transportation so he will need to be picked up.
